When children learn to appreciate the world from a young age, they are more likely to help protect our land for future generations to come.
Generating a passion for the protecting planet early on makes a big difference in influencing children’s future environmentally friendly habits.
We can take a number of steps to help our children to learn about the world and caring for our environment.
This summer, our Outdoor Explorers programme gave our children the opportunity to learn and develop in a natural environment, sparking their intrinsic motivations to explore, create and be curious about the world around them and to learn the importance of protecting and caring for their environment.
Huge thanks to the Voluntary Marine Reserve Rangers and the RNLI Lifeguards for a wonderful summer on the beach.
